Dr K. Nithiananthini, or Nithia.K is professionally serving as an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. Earlier, she taught in secondary school, focusing on vocational education and assessment for 13 years. Having a solid background in instructional strategies using different modes of instruction has equipped her with the needed knowledge and skills, especially when teaching yoga.
As part of her passion for living harmoniously with the universe and all the living beings in it, she has embarked on her journey to undertake a Hatha Yoga course in 2009.
We are a comprehensive wellness center offering individuals, families, couples, & children a wealth of options to improve life quality through the practise of yogic way of life, meditation, therapy and arts & culture.
We also establishing our ground as a centre of excellence for yoga education where we provide not only yoga classes but also chances for all to dive deep into yogic way of life through workshops, courses and karma yoga practises.

I got to know online yoga class by Dr Nithia.K thru her FB page. Her post about yoga inspired me a lot. I have joined physical yoga classes in some other place before but due to COVID-19 pedamic I'm unable to continue the class. First I thought On-line class was difficult to learn but Master Nithia couching and technique were easy to understand. Master does provide health tips and she teaches more than just a yoga practice. It's so interesting and happy be with her class. My life has changed towards positive and be patient.
When I was looking for a yoga guru,I found Nithia Master. This was during covid time, August 2020. The warm welcome by her is gentle and kind. That moment, I just clicked with her 😃. I’ve been with her for 3 years, I'm experiencing many positive changes physically, mentally & emotionally. The way I look at life changes 360°, I learned to slow down and focus on myself (priority). I have started to focus on my body cue (health changes) to focus on my diet, exercises, stress management. Most importantly, I learned to be grateful and look at the beautiful side of my life instead of complaining about the problems. I'm happy for others, pray for others’ wellbeing. In terms of health and physical changes, I able to have calm mindset, flexible body, increased energy, better sleeping pattern, improved immune system and many more.
My experience over the past 2 years with Master Nitya has been nothing short of miraculous. She realizes the potential in every one of her students while carefully curating every way to hone their potential. To top it all, she shines as a lifelong seeker who constantly acquires knowledge and places utmost importance in imparting the ancient knowledge of yoga and meditation in its highly esteemed manner.
I was first introduced to yoga by my good friend in the year 2021 and it was my aim as well to venture into the journey of knowing mind, body and soul before I turn 40. I embarked on my 1st class on December 20th, 2021. It is almost one and half years since I am practicing yoga and have developed well in perform yoga asanas by doing this i knew my body better. Apart from these I realized I am more disciplined, calm and energetic. I found my experience with Dr.Nithia tremendously change many things within me and with God grace I wish to continue my journey with my guru to venture more in knowing “ME”🙏🏻
My name is Rose. I'm 54 yrs old. As I'm aging gracefully my thoughts longing for something makes me calm.as the phrases say "where your attention goes, there the energy flows. I found Ms. Nithia's Free virtual meditation class. I practiced for about a week and there were tremendous changes in me. In the beginning I couldn't even sit in a meditation posture without support, now I can. Secondly during the meditation my thoughts get in control. Thirdly with the breathing techniques Kapalabathi and Anulom Vilom I'm less getting tired, though I wake up at 4.30am (which wasn't me previously) my daily routine goes smoothly. I also feel grateful to Ms.Nithia for starting my day with her soulful blessings. Totally by doing meditation I'm improving myself from all angles
My mind is very messy with many thoughts, sometimes anger towards the others too. Being a reserved person, I bottled up my anger and dissatisfaction and whenever I am alone, I would think and reflect on it. But when I sit for meditation, I learn to control my thoughts. The early morning practice has a lot of impact on my whole day as I remain calm. Whenever I realize that my thoughts are clumsy again, I close my eyes and focus on my breathing.
